How do I set up android market account so I can purchased paid apps?

Q. I can search the market and download all the free apps I want, but nothing paid!
Help.

A. I think if you sign up to Google Checkout then you can buy paid apps from the android market.

How do you reinstall the android market after it has been deleted?

Q. I have an lg optimus v. Since that new google play came out, I have to agree on something on the market. I accidentally pressed decline and the android market disappeared from my phone. How and where do I reinstall it?

A. If all else fails, download the apk from here: http://download.theandroidsoul.com/file/Market_v3.4.4.apk

Place this file on your sd card and open it on your phone. It should reinstall the android market.

Whats the difference between the original android market and play store ? Also do you know any good apps ?

Q. Also what's a bunch of fun apps I can download that don't require WiFi. Lol :D by the way is there any chance you know any apps that can teach you Korean / Chinese

A. Yeah there are a bunch of them. Just try to see in the descriptions if they require wifi to work such as Miracle City(lol).
